Cancellations made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. 

No shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the services scheduled.

Cancellations made via guests email to tayhernehair@gmail.com sooner than 48 hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

If a cancelation fee has not been processed at least 48 hours before the start of a rescheduled service, the appointment and all future bookings will be immediately terminated. 

Guests who have been charged a cancelation fee more than 2 times in one year, all future services must be paid in full 48 hours before the start of an appointment.

If you are running late please call or text to let me know an eta so I can plan accordingly. I will always do my best to accommodate the services scheduled in its entirety, however, after 15 minutes the appointment is subject to change or cancelation.
